Filing a claim is simple
Use the 'eClaims' feature on the Access America website to file your claim and track it through their system online, 24/7.
Alternatively, you can complete the claim and mail or fax it to them.

Plans We Recommend
For our passengers, we have selected the following three plans, given their prices and coverage levels:
Classic Plan
Limited Classic Plan (details are accessed via the Classic Plan link)
Basic Plan

Classic Plan
Good for those traveling with children (free coverage for children aged 17 and under when accompanied by their parents or grandparents).
Higher coverage limits for trip cancellation and trip interruption.

Limited Plan
Includes all the same benefits and coverage levels of the Classic Plan but does not include trip cancellation and trip interruption coverage.

Basic Plan
For cost-conscious passengers, looking for some peace of mind at a great price.

Any one of the above three plans covers you for existing medical conditions, provided you buy it within 14 days of paying your initial trip deposit to Celestial Voyagers.

Access America charges a processing fee of $6.00 per plan which is automatically added to your total price.
1 plan can cover up to 4 people living at the same address.
