ITINERARY

Day 1 Saturday, March 7     DEPARTURE
Departfrom Assumption College to Boston airport. Fly Northwest Airlines to Nice, via Amsterdam. Dinner and breakfast will be served onboard the aircraft.

Day 2 Sunday, March 8      NICE
Arrive Nice Cote d'Azur International airport around 12 noon. Meet your coach for a transfer to Hotel St. Gothard, a 2-star hotel conveniently located in the center of Nice. Remainder of the day to explore the city on your own: the Promenade des Anglais, the Old Town, the flower market, Plaza Massena, etc.

Day 3 Monday, March 9     NICE
Possibility to take the train or the bus to Antibes. Visit the Picasso Museum, the Old Town, the harbor and the market.

Day 4 Tuesday, March 10    NICE
Possibility to take the train or the bus to the Principality of Monaco. See the old town, the changing of the Guards at the Palace, the Oceanographic Museum, the famous casino and the great hotels of Monte Carlo.

Day 5 Wednesday, March 11     NICE
Possibility to take the bus to Vence, a medieval town circled by city walls. Visit the "Chapelle du Rosaire" by Matisse.

Day 6 Thursday, March 12    NICE
Today in Nice, you could visit the great museums dedicated to Matisse and to Chagall.

Day 7 Friday, March 13      NICE
Take the train to Cannes, known for the film festival. Enjoy "La Croisette" and a promenade along the beach. Boat trip to the island of St. Honorat. Visit medieval fortified monastery, walk across island: beautiful views of Riviera Coastline from the island's shore.

Day 8 Saturday, March 14     NICE
Go to Grasse, perfume-producing capital of France, historic medieval town. Visit a perfume factory.

Day 9  Sunday, March 15     RETURN
Transfer to Nice Cote d'Azur International airport for your return flight to Boston via Amsterdam. Lunch, snacks and drinks included. Transfer to Assumption College, arriving approximately at 7:30pm.

This price does not include:

• Single room supplement + $ 350.00

  Everyone needs a passport valid until September 15, 2009. If you are not an American citizen, a visa may be required. A green card or equivalent is compulsory.

Complete the registration form included in the brochure and mail it to Celestial Voyagers with your $1,000.00 deposit and a photocopy of your passport (if available).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Celestial Voyagers’ terms depend on contracts with Northwest airlines, KLM, hotel and other suppliers. Regulations below must be strictly enforced as they are
related to these contracts.

Space may still be available after the final due date indicated, but pricing at that time will be stipulated by the airline and will depend on availability of seats when ticket is issued.

Deposit $1,000.00
$150.00 of which is a non-refundable processing fee.
The sooner you send your deposit, the better - if possible, prior to October 24, 2008 and within 7 days of your registration online.
Don’t wait for the last minute to register. Space is limited and could be sold out.

Balance due no later than January 23, 2009
All payments by check to be made out to Celestial Voyagers escrow account.
Your deposit will assure your reservation with the airline, the hotel and other suppliers.
Your deposit must be sent with a copy of your passport, the registration here enclosed and the optional travel insurance premium if you choose to purchase it.

Late Fee of $100.00 or more will apply for registrations received after December 5, 2008 as delays will affect the airfare.

Credit card payments:
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Since Merchant fees are not included in the price, should you wish to pay by credit card, a 3.5% supplement applies to the amount paid.

Cancellation:
In case of cancellation the following penalties will apply:

• $150.00 non refundable processing fee
• $150.00 additional for cancellation received between December 19 & January 5, 2009
• 50% of total price for cancellations received between January 6 and February 5, 2009
• 100% of total price for cancellations received after February 6 or for no-show
  

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that you avail yourself of travel insurance as protection against penalties as well as baggage damage and travel delays. Without insurance, if you cancel your trip within a few days of the departure date, the total value of the trip will not be refunded. Pre-existing medical conditions are covered only if the insurance registration has been submitted within 14 days of sending your deposit.
