ITINERARY

Day 1 Monday, July 13     DEPARTURE
Depart from JFK with Air France flight AF 011 leaving at 9:15 pm. Check-in at Terminal One should be 3 hours prior to departure.

Day 2 Tuesday, July 14     ROUEN
Arrive Paris Charles de Gaulle airport. Meet your coach and escort and proceed to Normandy. En route, stop along the River Seine at Les Andelys.

Day 3 Wednesday, July 15     ROUEN
Morning visit of Rouen: guided walking tour. Afternoon free.

Day 4 Thursday, July 16      HONFLEUR
Drive along Normandy’s “Cote Fleurie” and visit its small beach resorts: Cabourg, Deauville, Trouville and Honfleur.

 

Day 5 Friday, July 17     HONFLEUR
Full day guided tour of the Landing Beaches: “D Day” and World War II memories, then Caen, Bayeux and its Tapestry. Enjoy a visit to a cheese factory.

Day 6 Saturday, July 18     SAINT MALO
Drive to Mont-Saint-Michel claimed for centuries by both Normandy and Brittany as theirs: guided walking tour of the Abbey and free time for lunch and browsing on the rock. Continue to Saint Malo via Cancale and the Pointe du Grouin.

Day 7 Sunday, July 19       SAINT MALO
Morning guided tour includes the Castle and the Historical Museum. Afternoon free.

Day 8 Monday, July 20     SAINT MALO
Full day excursion along the Emerald Coast: charming Dinard, historical Dinan and panoramic Cap Frehel.

Day 9 Tuesday, July 21     VANNES
Depart for Rennes: visit this medieval city known for its art and history. Continue to Rochefort-en-Terre, Carnac and its megaliths and Vannes, the keystone of the Golf of Morbihan.

Day 10 Wednesday, July 22     VANNES
Full day excursion to Quimper, Pont Aven and Concarneau. Enjoy a short cruise on the Odet River.

Day 11 Thursday, July 23     CHARTRES
Leave Vannes for Angers. Visit the Chateau and enjoy free time for lunch and shopping. Afternoon drive to Chartres.

Day 12 Friday, July 24     RETURN
Morning city tour including the Cathedral until it is time to leave for Charles de Gaulle airport for the departure of Air France flight #AF 008 at 6:50pm.

This price includes:

• Airport and security taxes at $110.00, subject to increase and adjustment
• “Q” tax for fuel surcharge at $330.00 subject to increase and adjustment

This price does not include:

• Single room supplement + $ 680.00.
• Merchant fee of 3.5% on any payments made by Visa, Master Card, or American Express credit card.

• Optional travel insurance covering trip cancellation in case of medical emergency.
• Passport & visa fees.
  Everyone needs a passport valid until January 10, 2010. If you are not an American citizen, a visa may be required. A green card is compulsory.

Complete the registration form included in the brochure and mail it to Celestial Voyagers with your $ 500.00 deposit and a photocopy of your passport (if available).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your deposit will secure your reservation with the airline, the hotel and other suppliers. It must be sent with a copy of your passport, this registration form and the optional travel insurance premium if applicable.

Space may still be available after the final due date indicated, but pricing at that time will be stipulated by the airline and will depend on availability of seats when ticket is issued.

Deposit $ 500.00 is due immediately to secure reservations with airlines and hotels.
If we receive your deposit before December 31, 2008 $100.00 discount will apply.
Don’t wait for the last minute to register. Space is limited and could be sold out.

Balance due no later than May 8, 2009
All payments by check to be made out to Celestial Voyagers escrow account.
Your deposit will assure your reservation with the airline, the hotel and other suppliers.
Your deposit must be sent with a copy of your passport, the registration here enclosed and the optional travel insurance premium if you choose to purchase it.

Credit card payments:
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Since Merchant fees are not included in the price, should you wish to pay by credit card, a 3.5% supplement applies to the amount paid.

Cancellation:
In case of cancellation the following penalties will apply:

• $150.00 non refundable processing fee
• $150.00 additional fee for cancellations received between March 13 and May 8, 2009
• 50% of the total value of the trip for cancellations received between May 9 and June 13, 2009
• 100% of the value of the trip for cancellations received after June 13, 2009 and in case of no-show
