This price includes:

* Round trip air fare from JFK to Kochi

* Airport taxes and fuel surcharges

* 13 nights accommodation in hotels, ashrams or houseboat.

* Breakfast at hotel in Cochin, Periyar and Kovalam

* Non air-conditioned houseboat for 22 hours cruise from Alleppey to Kumarakom including breakfast,  lunch and dinner.

* Breakfast, lunch & dinner in Shivanandha Ashram

* Yoga and various activities at Shivanandha Ashram

* Yoga for 1 hour in Cochin as per itinerary

* Yoga for 4 days at Thapovan Heritage

* English speaking guide in Cochin for half-day tour

* Ticket to Kathakali dance performance

* Boat trip on Periyar Lake to watch wild animals

* Assistance on arrival and departure transfers while in India

* Guest entrance fees whenever applicable

All American citizens need a visa to enter India. Celestial Voyagers will provide necessary information to make the request to the Indian Consulate or a visa company after you send your registration.

* Passport fee if applicable

 Everyone needs a passport valid until Feb. 13, 2011. If you are not an American citizen a Green Card or equivalent is compulsory, and the need of an entry visa to India may not apply.

Complete the registration form included in the brochure and mail it to Celestial Voyagers with your

$1,500.00 deposit and the photocopy of your passport, if available.

PAYMENT (TERMS & CONDITIONS)

Celestial Voyagers’ terms relate to contracts with airlines, hotels and other suppliers. The regulations below must be strictly enforced as they are related to these contracts.

Deposit $1,500.00 due upon registration. This deposit will allow to issue your airline ticket and cover the full price of this ticket. Tickets are non refundable and travel insurance is highly recommended to protect you against penalties in case of cancellation.

Balance due no later than May 10,2010

All check payments to be made out to Celestial Voyagers escrow account. Your deposit secures your reservation with the airline, the hotel and other suppliers. It must be sent with a copy of your passport and the registration form.

Credit card payments:
We accept Visa and Master Card. Since Merchant fees are not included in the price, should you wish to pay by credit card a 3.5% supplement applies.

Cancellation:
All cancellations must be received in writing. Tthe following penalties apply:

* $150.00 non-refundable processing fee

* Deposit of $1,500.00 is non refundable as soon as airline ticket has been issued.

* 100% of total trip cost will apply after June 15, 2010 or in case of no-show.

These policies will be strictly applied.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that you avail yourself of travel insurance as protection against penalties as well as baggage damage and travel delays. Without insurance, if you cancel your trip within a few days of the departure date, the total value of the trip will not be refunded. Pre-existing medical conditions are covered only if the insurance registration has been submitted within 14 days of sending your deposit.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Beatriz Rivera-Barnes will inform you of the date for the pre-departure meeting.  If you cannot make the meeting, please inform her  as well as Celestial Voyagers.

If your documents have to be sent directly to you, you must submit your request for this service in writing and supply your address. Somebody will need to be home to sign for the package and a $20.00 administration, handling and mailing fee applies.
