The group departs with Iceland Airlines from JFK International Airport to Munich via Reykjavik.
Flight FI614 departs JFK at 8:25 pm.
Make sure to arrive at the airport no later than 5:30 pm.

Arrive in Reykjavik at 6:15 am and proceed to take the connecting flight FI#532, departing at 7:20 am and arriving in Munich at 1:05 pm.
After clearing customs and picking up your bag, you will meet your assistant, who will welcome the group and direct them to meet the driver.
The group will transfer via coach to the center of Bavaria, the small, quaint town of Fussen (129 km – 2 hours 15 minutes drive)
Fussen is an attractive Bavarian town at the foot of the Alps near the Austrian border. The medieval town center is framed by the majestic Alps, towering above the banks of the river Lech and surrounding lake region. Here, you will discover late-gothic castles, baroque cathedrals, and the oldest preserved fresco in Bavaria.
Check in at your hotel and enjoy some free time before dinner.

Hohenschwangau Castle is a 19th-century palace in southern Germany. King Maximilian II of Bavaria built it and was the childhood residence of his son, King Ludwig II of Bavaria.

Oberammergau is situated in a scenic valley and is surrounded by the forested mountains of the Ammergau Alps, meaning that it’s also a paradise for nature-lovers.
Linderhof Palace is a Schloss in Germany, in southwest Bavaria near the village of Ettal. It is the smallest of the three palaces built by King Ludwig II of Bavaria and the only one which was actually completed and that he lived in most of the time from 1876
Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a German ski resort in Bavaria, formed when 2 towns united in 1935. It’s a prominent destination for skiing and ice skating as well as hiking. The town lies near the Zugspitze, Germany’s highest peak, with a 2,962m summit accessed by cogwheel train and cable car. Garmisch is considered the more fashionable section, while Partenkirchen’s cobblestone streets retain a traditional Bavarian feel.
