DAY 1 - Arrival in Guyana

  • Arrive at Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA), Timehri, Guyana.
  • Meet and greet with local representatives and hosts.
  • Transfer to hotel for check-in and orientation.
  • Brief introduction to the week’s itinerary by the tour coordinators.

DAY 5 - Santa Mission & Aratack Tour

Tuesday May 27th, 2025

All Day:

  • Travel to Santa Mission and Aratack, two Amerindian villages.

    * Learning about the cultural heritage of Guyana’s indigenous communities.

DAY 6 - Kaieteur Falls Tour

Wednesday May 28th, 2025

All Day:

  • Visit Kaieteur Falls, one of the world’s most powerful single-drop waterfalls.
  • Guided tour through the Guyana rainforest:

DAY 7 - Linden History Tour

Travel Insurance

We advise all travelers to purchase travel insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances and if you are no longer able to travel. We offer the following insurance policies through Allianz Travel Insurance: Basic, Classic, and Classic with cancel anytime. Prices vary with age and amount insured.

Passport

Most countries require that a passport be valid for six months beyond the completion of a trip. If your passport expires before December 1, 2025, you must apply to renew your passport.

Visa

If you are not a US citizen please check with the Guyana Consulate Office or a visa agency for the latest requirements. You will also need a re-entry permit to return to the USA
