10:45am – Meet MIC IO staff member Sarah Power in the hotel reception, walk to Dáil Eireann in Kildare Street (approx. 15-20 minute walk)
11:30am – 12:00pm – Tour Dáil Éireann (Irish Parliament) in 2 groups. The first group enters and Sarah will show the second group around the area, then switch
Afternoon – Free to explore Dublin. Some suggestions: Book of Kells at TCD, Dublin Castle, GPO 1916 Irish Rebellion Exhibition, Guinness Store House, Grafton Street, St Stephen’s Green Park
– Free time. MIC IO can help with dinner suggestions if necessary.

En route: Lunch/snacks pit stop on the motorway to Limerick (cost not included in the program)
Afternoon: Check into Courtbrack accommodation, get settled, buy groceries for the week
7:30 pm- Dinner booked at The Locke Bar, 3-course set menu (cost included in the program but does not include drinks)
OPTIONAL: Mass at St Saviour’s Church Dominican Church (Glentworth Street at 1pm) or Redemptorist (South Circular Road at 8am, 12pm, 7:15pm)
10am -2pm – Visit King John’s Castle (tickets will be provided – costs included in program)
Afternoon – Lunch at own expense in Limerick City, or bring a packed lunch to Lough Gur
2:00 pm – Travel to Lough Gur (heritage site). Departure from city centre (location TBC)
2:30 pm-4:30 pm –Lough Gur guided tour followed by audio-guided tour of the sites outside on the lakefront (cost included in the program)
4:30 pm- Coach returns to Courtbrack accommodation
