Celestial Voyagers’ terms are based on contracts with airlines, hotels and other suppliers. The terms and stipulations mentioned below are bound by these contracts and will be strictly enforced.

All changes and cancellations must be provided in writing. The following penalties apply with the number of days prior to departure:

● 50% trip cost if cancellation is received between April 26 – May 5, 2026
● 100% trip cost if cancellation is received after May 5, 2026

Passport
Most countries require that a passport be valid for six months beyond the completion of a trip. If your passport expires before January 25, 2027, you must apply to renew your passport.
Visa
If you are not a US citizen please check with the Spain Consulate Office or a visa agency for the latest requirements. You will also need a re-entry permit to return to the USA
