Celestial Voyagers’ terms are based on contracts with airlines, hotels and other suppliers. The terms and stipulations mentioned below are bound by these contracts and will be strictly enforced.

Cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing. The following penalties are applied based on the number of days prior to the departure date:11
● After registration: A $375 non-refundable processing fee.
● Between December 01, 2026, and December 24, 2026: A $725 penalty.
● Between December 25, 2026, and January 24, 2027: 30% of the total tour cost.
● Between January 25, 2027, and February 08, 2027: 50% of the total trip cost.
● On or after February 09, 2027, or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total trip cost.
