Both properties are very close to each other, about 6 or 7 minutes walk from Termini station.
Welcome dinner tonight will be served at a local restaurant. (beverages not included – no transfers)

Departure after breakfast with your guide for a full day tour of Rome.
You will visit the Colosseum and the Forum. Then, you will go and learn to prepare true Italian pasta and enjoy your own cooking for lunch.
Afterwards, you’ll walk with your guide around the old city to see the most famous landmarks of Rome: Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish steps. Evening at leisure.

Meet your guide again to go to the Vatican. En route you will have a brief lecture about the Religious History of Rome and the various Important churches in the Eternal City.
During the tour of the Vatican Museum you will be able to admire the famous Sistine Chapel; at the end of the tour you will visit Saint Peter’s Basilica.
Should the Pope be in town, you will attend the Papal Benediction on Saint Peter’s Square.
Afternoon at leisure and return to the hotels on your own

Day at leisure for those who wish to stay in Rome
Full day excursion to Pisa: Train departure around 7:00 AM
The train ride to Pisa on a direct train is approximately 3 hours. Arrival in Pisa around 10 AM
Meet your local guide and visit Pisa Sanctuary: The Basilica and the Baptistery and the Leaning Tower. Your train back to Rome leaves Pisa around 3:30 PM and arrives around 6:30 PM Walking transfers between hotel and station are accompanied by an assistance.
Tonight dinner will be the celebration of the Pastors’ Anniversary: It will take place at the rooftop Restaurant of The Hive Hotel, The Bee”. A 3 course dinner will be served (beverages not included – no transfers)

Celestial Voyagers Terms and Conditions relate to specific contracts with the service providers. The policies and regulations below must be strictly enforced.
Please follow the payment schedule below.
All participants must be vaccinated and have a vaccination certificate.
Tests may be applicable at the time of travel and if so will have to be performed to be allowed to travel to Rome.
Only the deposit can be paid online. Further payment can be made by sending a check by mail, an E check, money order or by credit card calling over the phone.
Group cancellation due to the Covid
Should the whole group cancel due to the pandemic, the travel insurance will not cover the refunds.
In such cases, payments are refundable or subject to a credit for future travel.
We will try our utmost to return your money in full but we may be subject to the refunds already paid to the suppliers who may offer a credit versus a refund.
Individual Cancellation
Should you cancel when the trip is still operating, the following penalties will apply and we highly recommend to protect yourself with travel insurance:
A $250 processing fee is non refundable if trip is canceled before June 1, 2024
In addition:
For cancellation between June 1 and July 1, 2024 penalty is 30% of the tour price
For cancellation between July 2 and August 1, 2024 penalty is 50% of the tour price
For cancellation between August 2 and September 1, 2024 or for no show, penalty is 100% of the tour price
We highly recommend to protect yourself with a trip cancellation insurance
All changes and cancellations must be provided in writing.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended

The sooner you apply for a passport the better in order to avoid additional charges for express processing. It may take 4 to 6 weeks in the summer to obtain a new passport.
Most countries require that a passport be valid for six months beyond the completion of a trip. If your passport expires sooner than March 6, 2025, you must apply to renew your passport.
If you are not an American citizen you may need a visa. Please check with the Italian consulate or a visa agency for the latest requirements.
