Celestial Voyagers Terms and Conditions relate to specific contracts with various suppliers. The policies and regulations below must be strictly enforced.
Due to DELTA new terms and conditions for groups, deadline for payments and penalties are very strict. in case of delays it will present some challenges with penalties and possible tax increase.
● 1st payment: $500 deposit due upon registration
● 2nd payment: $1500 Friday, March 1, 2024
● 3rd payment: $1295 Monday, April 1, 2024
● There will be a $100 late fee for late payments.
All changes and cancellations must be provided in writing. The following penalties apply with the number of days prior to departure:
● $500 deposit is not refundable
● $750 if cancellation is received between February 1 – March 1, 2024
● 50% of the total trip cost between March 2 and March 19, 2024
● 100% of the total trip cost after March 19 or in case of no-show
● Name changes $250 – subject to airline’s approval
