Celestial Voyagers’ terms are based on contracts with airlines, hotels and other suppliers. The terms and stipulations mentioned below are bound by these contracts and will be strictly enforced.
A passport valid until May 28, 2027 is required.
● Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required upon registration.
● Second Installment: $795 is due by April 15, 2026 .
● Third Installment: $795 is due by June 15, 2026 .
● Fourth Installment: $795 is due by August 14, 2026 .
● Final Payment: $730 is due by October 06, 2026 .
When registration is made within 60 days prior to departure the full amount of the trip is due.
All changes and cancellations must be provided in writing. The following penalties apply with the number of days prior to departure:
● After Registration Submission: A $500 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation. (Medical exceptions will be reviewed on an individual basis.)
● Cancellation between August 17 and September 18: A $795 penalty applies.
● Cancellation between September 19 and October 1, 2026: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
● Cancellation after October 1, 2026, or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged.
