Celestial Voyagers’ terms are based on contracts with airlines, hotels and other suppliers. The terms and stipulations mentioned below are bound by these contracts and will be strictly enforced.

All changes and cancellations must be provided in writing.
The following penalties apply with the number of days prior to departure:
● $150 cancelation fee is cancelation is received before December 4, 2025
● $350 cancellation fee + processing fee of $150: Total $500 penalty if cancellation is received between Dec 4 – January 02, 2026
● $1000 cancelation fee is cancelation is received between January 3 – January 19, 2026
