Celestial Voyagers’ terms are based on contracts with airlines, hotels and other suppliers. The terms and stipulations mentioned below are bound by these contracts and will be strictly enforced.

All changes and cancellations must be provided in writing. The following penalties apply with the number of days before departure:
● A deposit of $500 non-refundable is due upon registration
● Total cancellation received by or before February 9, 2026 – No penalty (deposit remains non-refundable unless the entire tour cancels)
● Cancelations received between February 10 – March 31, 2026 – 50 % tour cost
● 100% of the total trip cost after March 31, 2026 or in case of a no-show
