Arrival in Athens. Transfer to hotel and check-in can be arranged. Group will meet at 6:00 PM to go for a welcome dinner at a local Taverna near the hotel . Meet your traveling companions, your tour leader and lecturer who is a Doctor in Philosophy.
Meet your local guide to go for a 3 night – 4 day tour of Penopolonese. Drive to Corinth. See the Canal and proceed to Epidaurus and Mycenae where you’ll visit the archeological site and the Museum. Overnight in Nafplion. Walking tour of Naphlion.
Morning drive to Olympia. Afternoon visit the archeological site and the Museum. Overnight in Olympia.
Continuation to Delphi. Morning drive, afternoon visit of the site and the museum. Overnight in Delphi.
Additional visit of the Delphi site before driving back to Athens via Thebes (visit). Check-in at hotel for the next 4 nights.
Morning visit to the Parthenon and the Theater of Dionysos. Walking tour with guide includes the New Acropolis Museum (guide services for 3 hours). Afternoon at leisure.
Full day walking tour with guide including the Archeological Museum and a visit to the Agora, the temples, the sites of schools of philosophy: Academy, Lyceum, Stoa, Epicurus’ House, Cynosarges and other philosophically significant sites. (guide services for 8 hours).
Walking tour with guide tracing Socrates’ footsteps: Agora, Gymnasium, Athenian Court and Jail. Visit to the Cycladic Museum Dinner at local Taverna with philosophical discussion to close your Philomobile tour.
