Upon arrival, a guided walking tour of Dubrovnik’s old town to see the most interesting landmarks of Dubrovnik. After the city tour, you will have free time to explore the city, walk along the City walls, or take the cable car to the top of Mount Srđ for a panoramic view.
Return to your hotel late afternoon.
Overnight in Cavtat

Morning departure to Montenegro for an excursion to the magnificent Bay of Kotor. Few places could be compared with the natural beauties of the Bay of Kotor, often compared to the Norwegian fiords.
Our first stop is Perast, an old Baroque town; we’ll stop at the tiny manmade churched islet called ‘’Gospa od Škrpjela’’ (Our Lady of Rocks). This church is known as “The Sistine Chapel of Montenegro” due to its painted ceiling and walls. We continue our drive to nearby Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage site well-known for its nautical tradition and the famous merchant navy of the Bay of Kotor. Guided walking tour of the old town and free time to enjoy this lovely site.
Our next and last stop before returning to Calvat will be Porto Montenegro, a beautiful, modern, deluxe mega-yachts marina and a resort for the “rich & famous”.

09h00 AM Morning departure by coach to go to Split (175 miles)
Arrive in Ston to take a short walk around the town walls. Without a doubt, Ston is another must-see attraction.
The tradition of producing salt stretches back to the Middle Ages. As a result, for the last 4000 years, Ston has played a key role in salt distribution across Europe. It is a walled city with the longest walls in Europe.
Continue to Pelješac, where you will have wine tasting and lunch at the Bartulovic family winery,
Continue to Split In the afternoon and check-in at the hotel for 2 nights.

10h00 Guided walking city tour of Split, the second largest urban center in Croatia and the seat of the Split – Dalmatia County. The place is famous for the Roman Diocletian Palace, which today is the old town of Split, enlisted as UNESCO’s World Heritage site. Over 1700 years old, it was built as a Palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian and is still perfectly preserved. You will visit the Cathedral and the Temple of Mars, then end the tour on the Peristyle, the central square of the Palace, intended for Emperor Diocletian to be celebrated as the living son of Jupiter.
The rest of the day is free to enjoy a unique atmosphere in a fascinating old Roman town.
Overnight in Split

09h30 Departure to Šibenik (94 miles drive).
Guided tour on arrival. Walk through the narrow streets and attractive squares, passing the St Francis church and monastery, the Theater house, and the Cathedral of St Jacob, a Gothic and Renaissance style cathedral enlisted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (visit).
Free time in the center of Sibenik for personal discovery or lunch, then continue to Zadar.
Guided tour on arrival: Zadar is a coastal town, one of the largest in Dalmatia, a city with rich traditions and heritage. We‘ll walk by the old Church of St. Donatus, a symbol of the town, and the tour will end at one of the big tourist attractions, “ Greeting to the Sun and Sea Organ,” to enjoy “the most beautiful sunset in the world,” watching an impressive light show and listening to the “music of nature” produced on a unique sea organ – by waves will be an exceptional experience.

Overnight in Zadar

09h00: This morning, we will leave the beautiful Dalmatian coast and drive inland to the world-famous Plitvice Lakes (2.30 hrs drive). When arriving at Plitvice National Park, we’ll have a guided walking tour of Plitvice Lakes (about 2 hours) to discover the breathtaking beauty of the park. A short cruise will take you across the largest of the lakes. After the tour, lunch is included at the restaurant “Degenija”.
Continue in the afternoon to Opatija, a small town situated on the picturesque Kvarner Bay; it used to be the favorite winter resort of the Habsburgs and the European aristocracy, including famous personalities such as Mahler, Chekhov, and Isadora Duncan.
Check-in is at your hotel, which is located at the center of Opatija.
Enjoy the beauty of this magnificent town.
Walk along the sea on the scenic promenade among the villas and parks.

Today, you will tour the Istria peninsula known as the “Croatian Tuscany,” a paradise for food, especially with its olives, truffles, and wines.

The first stop is in the little town of Hum – officially the smallest town in the world.
After Hum, we will visit the attractive Istrian medieval town of Motovun-Montona, a hilltop town that is one of the characteristic symbols of the Istrian interior.
Lunch at Konoba Mondo restaurant (3-course menu, drinks not included).
After lunch, leave for Rovinj to walk along the seafront and visit the imposing Church of St. Euphemia and the grand Balbi’s Arch. Relax in Rovinj, perhaps the most beautiful city in Istria, and the inspiration of many artists.
17h30 Return to Opatija. For the rest of the day, you are free to explore Opatija.
