DAY 1 - DEPARTURE

Evening departure from JFK with LATAM to Argentina, via Santiago de Chile.

DAY 2 - MENDOZA Lunch & Parrilla Dinner

Arrival Mendoza in the morning: transfer and assistance.   Check in at 3 star hotel  City tour including central market    Lunch at the market  Free time.  Steak dinner at an excellent Parrilla.

DAY 3 - MENDOZA Breakfast, Asado Lunch

UCO VALLEY ASADO  at Siete Fuegos.    En route, stop at Lujan de Cuyo, the land of Malbec,  to visit a winery where you can enjoy some blending game. Proceed for the ASADO  at Siete Fuegos, Francis  Mallmann restaurant. Visit the “backstage” and meet Chef Francis Mallman if possible.  Return to Mendoza in the evening

DAY 4 - MEDNDOZA

Full day to Maipu for a great culinary experience Cooking class + cheese factory & Fruta Roja gourmet family business.

 

DAY 5 - BUENOS AIRES

Fly to Buenos Aires:  Morning flight around 10AM. Arrival:  transfer to go to Espacio Dolli  Meet with Dolli Irigoyen  and lunch with her.  Meet also Osvaldo Gross a very important chef patissier  Free time and rest in the afternoon 9:00 PM  CHILA RESTAURANT and very special reunion with the main Chef.

 

 

DAY 6 - BUENOS AIRES

Transfer to Chascomus City (2 hour drive / 80 miles).  Visit the Pierri Family Ranch which raise over  2000 of the best argentinian livestock and grow all sorts of grains (soya, wheat and corn). Learn to prepare an “ASADO”  and enjoy the pool and the horses.  Homemade sweet before leaving. Return to Buenos Aires late in the evening

DAY 7 - BUENOS AIRES

Transfer to a place where livestock is processed.   Learn to prepare meat cut Argentinian style. Visit Liniers market, may be the largest cattle market in the world with 15 000 heads  sold every 4 days. All grass fed, and organic, this Argentinian beef is considered one of the best in the world.  Lunch at DON JULIO restaurant where you’ll meet the chef. Free time and rest in the afternoon. Closing gala dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 8 - RETURN

The program will depend on the return flight schedule which most probably will be in the afternoon. Morning visit the Mercado central and enjoy a lunch with the fresh produce of the market, before going to the airport.
